This paper proposes two kinds of statistical games constructed to show how to achieve quality assurance system based on SPC (statistical process control) by using simple models and software tools. Proposed games are Coin Shooting Game and Paper Glider Releasing Game. These games can be played on a table using simple materials, and are easy to play. These are described by showing actual data. Participants of these games get necessary outputs timely by using prepared software tools so that they can execute an effective and efficient decision. These save time and also raise the level of understanding how to achieve quality assurance system based on SPC.
