摘要
For the purpose of obtaining a low-melting fluorine-free glass enamel coating with a wide firing range the R//2O-CoO-Fe//2O//3-B//2O//3-SiO//2 system (here R//2O is the total of the alkalis) was investigated. The optimum compositions of the ground coats were determined by the method of mathematical experiment planning. The investigations were conducted with the construction of mathematical models of the relationships of the physicochemical properties of the glasses to the quantity of oxides and their ratio. The ground enamel obtained has passed tests under production conditions and is recommended for standard production. The recommended technological parameters for obtaining the low-melting fluorine-free ground enamel are a firing range of 740-840 degree C and an optimum firing temperature of 780-800 degree C. The heat resistance of the enamel determined by the thermal cycling method with a temperature drop from 300 to 20 degree C was 148-153 cycles and the impact strength 4. 9 J. It is shown that the mathematical experiment planning method made it possible to reduce by 50% the number of experiments. The low-melting fluorine-free ground enamel developed with a wide firing range is finding practical use for corrosion protection of large chemical apparatus.
