摘要:
The transient temperature distribution and the subsequent thermal distortion of coated non-cooled optical components irradiated by an annular high-power CW laser-beam were studied both theoretically and experimentally. The thermal distortion of various coated non-cooled optical components subjected to CW-COIL laser irradiation was tested by using a Twyman-Green interferometer and compared with the theoretical results. The results of comparison show that the experimental results agree well with the ones from theoretical analysis.
