摘要:
The role of radiant heat transfer through fiber battings was studied. A model is formulated which shows that the absorption and the scattering have almost the same effects when the boundary plates are black body, while their difference in the radiant heat transfer becomes apparent when the plate emissivities are small. The results are compared with experimental values of the effective values of the effective thermal conductivity for several polyester assemblies and it exhibits a fairly good agreement with experimental results.
