Model Calculation of the Turbulent Diffusion Coefficients in an Unstratified Atmospheric Surface Layer.

On the basis of a widely used locally equilibrium 'second-order closure', , all the components of the tensor of the coefficients of turbulent diffusion of a neutral impurity in a logarithmic sublayer of an indifferently stratified atmospheric surface layer are estimated. The estimates obtained are used to calculate the main dimensionless scattering characteristics of an impurity cloud from an instantaneous surface point source.
