摘要
The applicability of the conservative passive impurity hypothesis for describing the statistical properties of random aerosol inhomogeneities in the atmosphere was studied theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that the fluctuation spectra of the concentration and backscattering coefficient in the inertial range of wavenumbers obey the Kolmogarov-Obukhov power law.
