摘要：

The analyser is intended for fast readout and coding optical data. It may be used in photometry, laser technology, systems of engineering control etc. The analyzer is based on a cooled integral photodiode array, controlled with a fast-response microprocessor. Specific features of the developed analyzer are its simplicity and high metrologic characteristics. The analyzer is connected with a computer through the RS-232 interface. It is fabricated in the form of a printed plate with dimensions of 180×90 mm in a metallic screen. The specifications are presented.
