摘要
Four observation indexes were selected to evaluate the biocompatibility and toxicology of biodegradable materials poly (Ε-caprolactone) (PCL), which is synthesized in our laboratory using Ti(OBu)4, as an initiator. The results showed that PCL films had a mild inflammatory reaction in the early days of planting and after 3 months the inflammation basically disappeared. We conclude that PCL material possesses good biocompatibility and has a good developmental prospect.
