Automatic Recording of Circuit Parameters for Digital Transmission.

The value of certain parameters measured around a given frequency, such as crosstalk transmission equivalent for example, is insufficiently accurate when the measurement is taken at that frequency alone, because of the numerous oscillations of the variations encountered. The paper describes a recorder designed to measure the variations on either side of the desired frequency; a mean value calculation is then worked out for this frequency spread.
