摘要
A number of papers have appeared on carrier injection efficiency in polymers sensitized with a thin layer of selenium. There is no report on the injection efficiency of poly left bracket 2-(9-carbazolyl)ethyl 1-propenyl ether right bracket and their copolymers with vinyl ethers. This paper presents the surface potential photodecay characteristics and a comparative study of the carrier injection efficiency of the films of these polymers, their blends and copolymers.
