Previous studies have considered, within the limits of a single-parameter model of turbulence based on equations for the balance of turbulent energy of the supporting flow, the effect of a solid phase on pulsating movement intensity, although they do not consider correlations connected with pulsations of the chemical reaction rate which is feasible for a diffusion regime of particle combustion. The aim of the present work is to develop a model for calculating gas-dispersed turbulent flows of burning particles taking account of the effect of pulsations of flow parameters on combustion rate and also the reverse effect of particles and combustion on the intensity of turbulent pulsations of the supporting flow.
