摘要
A theoretical analysis is made of the angular dependence of the spin-lattice relaxation time of Mn**2** plus in CdS and the results are compared with the experimental data. This demonstrates that the angular dependence is not associated with the anisotropy of the spin-phonon interaction but is governed by the initial saturation conditions of various transitions in the ESR spectrum.
