摘要
The kinetics of alkaline hydrolysis of the antibiotic Reumicin were investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The mechanism of the reaction was proposed, which includes the reversible formation of the adduct of Reumicin with the hydroxyl ion and the subsequent transformation of the intermediate into the final product: the 6-(3-methyl-ureido)-1,2,4-triazine-5-carboxylic acid anion. The kinetic scheme satisfies the experimental data.
