The paper gives a bibliography of 400 citations regarding general problems of hydrodynamic, resistance, power, tank tests, sea tests, systematic series of hulls, design, screw and jet propulsion, seaworthiness, and so on, regarding high speed - small craft with displacement, planing or simiplaning hull (except hydrofoil craft). The bibliographic entries are in chronological order and are numbered. In addition, they are grouped (title, author, and numerical identification) under the following broad headings: General Problems; General Hydrodynamics; Planing Surfaces and Floats of Hydroplanes; Hull Testing; Resistance and Power; Projects; Propulsion; Performance at Sea; Slamming and Impact; Miscellaneous.
