A method of the fixed-time integration-emission spectral analysis of C, B,Mo, Ta, Co, Fe, Mn, Cr, Nb, Cu, Ti, Zr, and Al in nickel-base superalloys (Ni: 68-76%) was established. When using this method, analytical lines except C, Mo, and Cr which were affected with nearby spectal lines of nickel, gave constant readings of emission intensitites in 58 similar 76% of nickel contents. Ten kinds of series of nickel-base binary alloys ( Al, Si, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Nb, Mo, and W series) were prepared by the high frequency induction melting and centrifugal casting method and formulas for correcting of nearby spectral lines were derived.
