摘要
The purpose of this work was to identify efficient of plant for separation of heteroazeotropic mixtures and to determine the causes leading to disruption of their steady operation. The systems chosen for investigation were three-component mixtures representing all thermodynamically possible structures of liquid-vapor phase equilibrium diagrams (SPED) with different positions of one phase-separation region with a binodal of the closed type. It is shown that not all heteroazeotropes can be separated into the pure components by distillation and liquid-liquid separation methods. Recycling of streams close to a homoazeotrope in composition disturbs stable operation of separation plants.
