摘要：

On reheating furnaces of a tube mill, various possibilities for energy saving have been investigated and assessed in connection with fundamental considerations on the cost-effectiveness ratio of energy saving measures. It revealed, among others, that it is expedient to take measures at crucial points for direct energy saving by increase of air preheating, reduction of the cooling losses and intensification of heat transfer.
