The powder filler materials used in the tests are: K40, K50, K55, Co50, N2X, N24, Boro Tec 10009, Bronzchrom 10185, Tung Tec 10112, Colmonoy 5, 6, 4 and 8, and Wallex 50. Specimens for the wear resistance tests were made of 14 mm dia and 80 mm long bars whose face was deposited with a 3-4 mm thick layer. An oxy-acetylene flame was used for deposition. The results of the erosion and abrasion resistance of the deposits and the chemical composition of the deposits and their structure are given.
