摘要：
The accuracy of the received information is an important measure of the system performance during the information transfer phase of a call. In digital communication systems the accuracy is commonly measured by the error rate or a closely related parameter. This paper reviews the major techniques used in monitoring the error rate of a system. Also presented is a summary of possible accuracy parameters from a user-oriented viewpoint.
