The waste-based containerboard prices climbed in Germany and France in April and March 2003. The levels also rose in Italy but stayed stable in the UK and Spain despite upward pressure. It is reported that German prices for testliner 3 rose from Euro 379-419/tonne to Euro 389-439/tonne in March, 2003 and Euro 399-444/tonne in April, 2003.
