摘要
THe efforts to strengthen Software protection for securing application software and data are discussed. The four main research areas in the application security field include algorithms, environments, benchmarks and metrics, and integration. The algorithm area focuses on developing improved algorithms and techniques for application security. Environments research concentrates on implementing software development environments to create protectable software. The benchmarks and metrics focus area addresses the need for measuring the strength and potency of different application security algorithm. Integration aims at combining multiple application security techniques to improve software protection efficiency.
