A calculator program to facilitate the computation of the lighting power budget for a building plan under the IES-EMS-1 procedure is presented. This program is organized to allow the user a choice of inputs that is compatible with the options afforded by EMS-1 and with the conditions commonly experienced in implementing the procedure.
