摘要
In hydraulic systems with stringent requirements on fire safety, AU spindle oil (specification TU 38101586-75) and other fluids based on mineral oils are more and more frequently being replaced by PGV fluid (GOST left bracket All-Union State Standard right bracket 25821-83) based on glycerol (35%), water (33%), and PEG-35 polyethylene glycol (25%), with a package of anticorrosion, antifriction, and antifoam additives (approximately 7%). In hydraulic system operation, the fluid is a critical factor determining the characteristics of friction and wear of the components, as well as the life and reliability of the hydraulic drive as a whole. One of the most important properties of lubricants is their ability to dissipate the energy of elastic vibrations in friction components.
