摘要
This paper deals with impovement in strength and low-temperature toughness by applying both cold and controlled rollings. Controlled rolling followed by water cooling improves proof strength through control recrystallization. If dynamic recovery occurs, dislocations may disappear or be rearranged, resulting in suppression of degradation in ductility.
