摘要
This article describes two variants of the atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (AES-ICP) method for determination of yttrium, lanthanum, and cerium in steels and nickel alloys used in power machinery construction: 1) direct determination when the elements to be determined are present at concentration of ≥ 0.01%; 2) determination after preliminary separation of the elements to be determined by means of a chelating agent when the contents of yttrium, lanthanum, and cerium are < 0.01%. The results obtained satisfy the requirements of GOST for chemical methods of analysis.
