摘要：
The first part of this article gives an overview of the system as a whole. Planning and installation Von are explained, and some equipment is described in more detail. The second part deals with the measurements carried out on the lines. Up to 820 regenerators are connected in series. Emphasis is on error rate and jitter measuring.
