Operation of an automatic test system used at the Oak Ridge Y-12 Plant for maintenance testing of digital circuitry has been improved by the addition of a minicomputer. The hardware and software of the present systems are described, and the results of experience with it are reported. Extension of the computer interface to permit direct testing of certain classes of logic is under investigation.
