摘要：

On the basis of the results of experimental studies, the author proposes a generalization of the equation for the load capacity of reinforced columns under conditions of eccentric loading for eccentricity values not exceeding the value of the radius of the cross section core. A verification performed on the basis of 67 results of experimental studies has proved the good accuracy of the proposed equation.
