An approach to improving plant productivity. Total Productive Maintenance constitutes an approach towards the systematic and continuous improvement of productivity of plant and machinery. This article takes an in-depth look at priorities and organisational fields to be taken into consideration for ensuring the firm implantation of this philosophy in manufacturing enterprises.
