摘要
The paper informs of model tests, which have been carried out in the Institute of Engineering Construction and Civil Engineering of Building Academy of the German Democratic Republic. They served to the ascertainment of qualitative characteristics. In addition to geometrical parameters the soil characteristics were varied also to secure the effectiveness of the results. After a respective settlement in dependence of diameter had been chosen as criterion for definition the base of supply, it was possible to ascertain relations among the soil characteristics, geometric and bearing pressure of piles from the time- and load-settlement curves.
