A simple integrator circuit is described which allows measurement of negative ion and electron currents in the 10** minus **6-10** minus **9-A range with a linearity of at worst 1%. The circuit uses field-effect transistors with a p channel and a low gate current. The integrator is used to measure the beam current of an electron gun in investigations of the scattering of electrons having an energy of 10 keV.
