Dynamic contact problem for a circular punch bonded with elastic layer

A method for solving dynamic contact problems for a circular stamp bonded with an elastic layer is offered. An infinitive set of linear algebraic equations is derived. This system is reduced to an asymptotically equivalent finite system because of the allowance for an asymptotic behaviour of the unknowns. Simple relations are established between the unknowns which correspond to tangential and normal components. The dimension of the system is twice reduced. The results of the solutions of the mentioned problems are presented for the cases when it is necessary to take into account bond forces on analyzing stress-deformed states in adhesive or welded joints or for analysis of rigidly fixed foundations and groundworks.
