摘要：
This paper reports on the difficulties which have manifested themselves in the boiler of the Plomin thermal electric plant through the use of Istrian coal. In addition, the results of analyses and the effects of elements of the deposits are discussed. There follows a description of the various steps which have been taken to eliminate the difficulties. Besides other measures taken to remove the deposits, an experiment with an organic additive was undertaken.
