摘要
Results of a research study on the safety criteria in nuclear pressure vessels are given. The main interest is paid to the analysis of the influence of accumulated energy in pressurizing medium on the crack arrest temperature, which is taken as the basic criterion for pressure vessels (or pipelines) safety. Analysis of all results shows the fact that some characteristic temperature, at which crack, either brittle or fast shear, is arrested.
