The impedance Z( omega ) of a Josephson junction has been calculated numerically for the case of low intrinsic capacitance within the framework of the tunnel theory of the Josephson effect. Two types of singularities are found in the Z( omega ) dependence; the first is due to the parametric interaction of the signal and Josephson oscillation, while the second is due to Riedel singularities in the dispersion of the current components through the junction.
