摘要
A neutron activation method for the separate determination of the content of oxygen and fluorine, present in test samples based on zirconium and tantalum, is described. The samples were alternately irradiated with 14 MeV neutrons and neutrons of a Pu**2**3**8-Be isotope source, then the similar 6 MeV gamma -radiation of the isotope N**1**6, which is formed in the reactions of O**1**6 (n, p) and F**1**9 (n, alpha ), was recorded.
