This review covers the deoxidation equilibria of Al, C, Ce, Cr, La, Mn, Nb, Si, Ta, Ti, V, and Zr in iron melts. The deoxidation reaction, the temperature dependence of equilibrium constants, and other parameters, as well as the method of investigation are collected in a table for each of these elements.
