Excess enthalpies HE for two ternary systems, phenol-3-methylphenol-1-hexanol and 3-methylphenol-1-hexanol-cyclohexanol and four constituent binaries have been measured with Calvet-type micro-calorimeter at 318.15 K. The UNIFAC group contribution method and a version, the UNIFAC(3Q), as well as the Redlich-Kister equation have been applied in predicting ternary excess enthalpies. Based on the binary HE data, new interaction parameters have been determined.
