Results are reported for investigations into the steady-state regime and static stability of a self-excited asynchronized generator (AG) in no-load operation. By a self-excited regime, operation of the AG in isolation from the power system is meant; the intrinsic vector representing the stator voltage is taken as the reference. 3 refs.
