摘要
An approximate height prediction model has been combined with a Taylor-Bishop-Hill texture evolution model to predict the earing profile on laboratory cups and commercial initial draw products. The ODF of the initial orientation has to be modified by the texture evolution during the flange deformation. A simple additive rule of the original texture to the evolved one results in good agreement between the measured and predicted earing profiles.
