A recorder of nanosecond transients based on a KTP-67 television camera and a wide-band oscilloscope is described. The amplitude resolution is 10 bits and the time resolution is 256 counts. The recording speed for single signals corresponds to the rating of the oscilloscope used. The recorder is CAMAC-compatible.
