Westvaco's Packaging Resources Group will be led by Gilbert Gillespie, who led the strategic review that resulted in a new structure for packaging operations, from 1st November. He will be responsible for paperboard operations including manufacturing, marketing and sales activities. Gillespie earlier served as the enterprise human resources operation manager during which he implemented an operating model for the company's human resources function.
