The following trends in radiation diagnosis and therapy should be developed during the five years coming: radiation diagnosis of diseases of adults and children; radiation therapy of adults and children; physical and technical base for radiation diagnosis and therapy; scientific background for organization of radiation diagnosis and therapy; restorative-plastic thoracic surgery; rehabilitation of victims of radiation accidents.
