摘要：
The authors have demonstrated high-sensitivity analysis of oxygen on and in beryllium using simultaneous RBS and PIXE measurements. The novel aspect was the detection and use of the helium-induced O(K) X-rays for determination of the bulk oxygen concentrations in a representative volume of beryllium with a detection limit of about 10 appm.
