摘要
The diffusion coefficients of oxide ions in single crystal Mn-Zn ferrites were measured at various oxygen partial pressures mainly in the middle temperature region. The dependence of oxygen self-diffusion on oxygen partial pressures exhibited a positive sign. This feature suggests that the diffusing oxide ions are concerned with interstitial site.
