Summary: Increasing miniaturisation in the industrial production calls for significantly improved adjustment techniques. Laser beam adjustment is a promising process for the controlled, highprecision creation of small angles and shifts. The following article summarises the results of a study of the framework actuator for laser beam adjustment. © 1999 Carl Hanser Verlag, München.
