In this report metal powder containing composite materials have been described for various applications. Their properties have a number of uncertainties, and some of these composite materials still have problems to be solved prior to their industrial application. The application of these powders in a variety of novel applications is discussed with particular reference to the incorporation of metal powder into plastics and paints.
