摘要
Using the newly developed temperature-programmed desorption method (TPD) adsorption-desorption of ammonia on various acidic catalysts was examined. The obtained results show that ammonia is a suitable base for the determination of catalyst acidity owing to the very small kinetic diameter of its molecule, which allows an easy access of the sorbate to the acid centers inside the pores and channels of acidic zeolite catalysts.
