摘要
An investigation was made of the electrical polarization of ZnSe single crystals observed in the course of plastic deformation and resulting from electric charge transport by dislocations. An electric microprobe was used to determine the spatial distribution of the charge. The processes of relaxation of this deformation polarization were considered, and the mechanisms of charge transport by dislocations in ZnSe were analyzed.
