Possibilities of obtaining piezoceramic materials based on PbTi//1// minus //xZr//xO//3 solid solutions with a low temperature coefficient of resonant frequency are discussed. The relationship between the composition of these solutions and the temperature dependence of elastic compliance at a constant electric field are presented. The significance of the morphotropic phase boundary in this system for the choice of piezoceramic materials with a low temperature coefficient of resonant frequency is considered. The influence of some transition metal oxides on the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of doped solid solutions is presented.
